OUR JOURNEY

LUMIQ was conceived in 2021 and officially founded as a company  in 2023 with a mission to change the way people visualize information in the world around them.  We've designed and built a new category of display technology, from the machines on the production line to the software in the cloud.

Meet the Founders

Having worked together for over 15 years across several technology companies (including a few startups), the engineering and design expertise of the LUMIQ team is second to none.

Our Journey So Far

2021

THE CONCEPT

The idea to combine lights with printed graphics lead to the first prototype of an LED circuit board with a printed piece of paper glued on top of it.  The idea was refined into the first MVP which included a complex lamination of laser cut materials and automated design scripts.

2023

LUMIQ WAS FOUNDED

After beta testing with actual customers for several months, LUMIQ was incorporated and a plan for building a technology / manufacturing business started to form.
